By placing an order through Jasmine MK Atelier, you agree to these terms and confirm that the contact and delivery details you provide are accurate.

Order Processing and Delivery

I prepare orders for dispatch within up to 3 business days after successful payment. I ship orders within Europe to the address provided at checkout. The final delivery time may depend on the destination and the selected shipping method.

I offer free shipping for orders over 90 euros.

Payments

I accept payment securely through the payment methods available at checkout. I process an order after payment has been successfully received.

Returns and Withdrawal

You may withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer law. To exercise this right, please contact me at atelier@jasminemk.com before sending the product back. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Products made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.

Complaints

If your order is defective, damaged or otherwise does not conform to the contract, please contact me at atelier@jasminemk.com and include your order details and a description of the issue. I handle complaints in accordance with applicable consumer law and provide a response within the legally required timeframe.
